 Information on the 3-dimensional structures of biological molecules and their dynamics is essential to understand mechanisms of their functions, which can lead to medicinal applications. To obtain such information, a variety of experimental techniques have been developed each presenting its own strengths and weakness in terms of resolution and type of information. We aim to develop algorithms and software to obtain dynamical structural information of biological molecular systems through the integration of computational modeling with multiple complementary experimental data, such as X-ray crystallography, cryo-electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy.
