〈研究概要〉
Our goals for the entire project are to use previously established pipeline for psychiatric disorders and applying it for cancer patients based on following steps:
- Identify the candidate rare variants based on filtering steps
- Test the effect of detected novel SNVs using in silico functional interpretation as a research tool
- Deep clinical characterization of cancer and psychiatric patients with candidate SNVs
