Lectures organized by B2 unit Decolonizing Arbitration: How to Promote a Fair and Culturally Sensitive use of Commercial and Investment Arbitration took place on Thursday, January 26. The Research Unit has organized a “Decolonizing Arbitration” Lecture Series, which involved some leading law scholars and practitioners from all over the world. The Series, composed of nine special lectures, showcased topics ranging from gender diversity in arbitration to mediation of investment disputes: all under the broad umbrella of “fair and culturally sensitive” international commercial law practices.
